Craig Ochoa worked in Industrial sheet metal design, fabrication and installation prior to spending the following thirty years as an Electrical Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, Project Foreman, and General Foreman before specializing in advanced lighting controls. Morrow-Meadows Corporation (MMC) provides Electrical, Solar, Battery Energy Storage, and Low-voltage/Datacom Preconstruction, Engineering, Contracting, and Acceptance Testing services across most market verticals. As Lighting Control Manager, Craig established and developed MMC’s Lighting Control Department, a dynamic staff of dedicated Lighting Control Engineers supporting MMC Divisions, Departments, and Project Teams throughout California and the west coast. 

Craig develops, deploys, and maintains multiple training programs through the MMC Lighting Technology Lab program, providing curriculum and hands-on training to multiple user groups within MMC. An active participant in the initial rollout of both CALCTP and CACTP-ATT programs, Craig led MMC as an early Industry adopter, leader of, and partner to California’s efforts to meet sustainability and resiliency policy goals. Craig currently serves the California Energy Alliance (CEA) as a member of the Executive Committee and co-chairs CEAs Codes and Standards Improvement Committee and Education and Outreach Committees.
