He specializes in designing building systems that meet owner expectations, comply with Energy Codes or Green Building standards.  In addition to specification and design he has a strong expertise in commissioning and training. Richard is currently working with Acuity to promote total solutions that incorporate lighting, controls, HVAC and other systems. In addition to integrating the multiple systems he is also responsible for enabling the controls to provide IoT (Internet of Things) integration into an end user’s system or software application.
